Reese Ford is an oil painter from Palo Alto, California, and a recent graduate of the University of Michigan’s Stamps School of Art & Design. Her work has been exhibited in the New Museum of Los Gatos, California, Stamps Gallery, Gutman Gallery, and the University of Michigan’s Palmer Commons—the location of her first solo exhibition “Modularity,” among other venues in Southeastern Michigan. Ford’s three-person group exhibition, “Knit Narrative,” will run at the Ypsilanti Riverside Arts Center in spring 2026.

She has works in the private collection of Robinhood as well as individual commissioners and collectors. Ford is the recipient of honors such as the Emil Weddige Award in painting and printmaking, the Emily Benatar Memorial Scholarship, and the California Governor’s Medallion. She is currently based in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
